Snowpeas and seeds
Transmission test.
Today I’m in Naples for business but I wanted to leave you with a speedy recipe, one of those dishes you can make in the twinkling of an eye to cheer up a dinner. It’s time to test the postponed post (sorry for the word game). Tomorrow, but it is today for you who are reading now, while I’ll be sitting inside the Eurostar directed to Naples (and back in the same day) my recipe will be published with a spell!
::::: SNOWPEAS AND SEEDS :::::
Ingredients:
- snowpeas, 500gr
- spring onions, 2
- sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon
- mustard seeds, 1 tablespoon
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Pur the snowpeas in a large pot of boiling salted water and cook until tender. Drain them in a colander and cool them with cold water, to keep them bright green.
Heat some extra virgin olive oil in a pan with thinly sliced spring onions, adding sesame and mustard seeds only at then end, when the spring onions are tender and gently sautee. Dress with it the snowpeas and season with salt. Isn’t it fast? faster than my EurostarAV!
