Maya's Extra dark plum cake
Ingredients
- flour, 170gr
- cornflour, 80gr
- unsweetened cocoa, 35gr
- milk, 250gr
- caster sugar, 100gr
- albumen, 1
- baking powder, 1 tablespoon
- coffee powder, 1 teaspoon
- cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon
- Beat the egg white together with the sugar, then add the milk and all the other ingredients.
- At last, add the baking powder.
- Bake in preheated oven, 200°C for about 40 minutes.
