Heat oven to 160°C.
Heat the honey with the extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan until liquid and golden.
Mix the oatmeal, rice flakes, the coarsely chopped almonds and hazelnuts and the salt in a bowl. Pour over the honey, stir evenly and spread te granola onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake the granola for about 20 minutes, then remove it from the oven, stir throughly and bake again for about 15 minutes, until golden.
Remove it from the oven, let it cool completely then mix in the chopped dried strawberries and the coconut flakes. Store in a tightly closed jar.
Serve the granola with your favourite honey.
