I just made these biscottis and I am really surprised. They are very good…usually the biscottis recipes has a little butter. I just made a change. I used only 120 gr of sugar. 200 gr of sugar is a bite too much ❤️❤️

Hi! I just finished my last boil with the honey. So far the peel looks perfect. It terms of preserving these, are you simply sterilizing the jars in the oven, and just placing the fruit in afterwards? Or are you actually canning these peels by sterilizing the jars first, then placing them (with the fruit inside) inside a boiling pot of water? I would like to give some as gifts.

Grazie Giulia e spero che passerete un bel Natale anche se siate solo voi tre. Una domanda sulla ricetta, che provero’ sicuramente: la zucca mantovana credi si possa sostituire con la butternut squash? Purtroppo le nostre dell’orto sono finite da un po e adesso devo comprarle sperando che siano nostrane visto che qui spesso vengono da fuori.
Altra domanda: hai scritto un libro per cucinare con i/le piu piccoli/e? L’ho cercato per Edmund & Amelia e veramente e’ stata dura.
