I am intrigued by this sandwich–it is different from what I’m used to, but it sounds and looks absolutely delicious! I would definitely ask them to soak my bread.

Hi Juls, I do so wish i had the courage to make a tripe dish? We do have lots of Mexican style dishes here including menudo that we do order in the great little Ma & Pa places here in Santa Barbara.
